FireKing Security Group Expands Commercial Services Program

FireKing Security Group, one of the premier security products companies in the nation, recently announced a significant expansion of the company’s FireKing Security Group Commercial Services program by adding FireKing Field Technicians in North Carolina, Massachusetts and Nevada regional markets. FireKing Commercial Services Field Technicians provide ongoing maintenance, service and support for end-users of FireKing products at every level. All Field Technicians are equipped with company vans stocked with replacement parts to optimize the service process. With this recent expansion, over 60% of the United States population (per census 2000) is covered with company Field Technicians, with continued expansion plans to cover at least 80% by the end of 2007. The remaining geographic areas are covered by qualified and trained Service Partners who operate under a contract relationship.

Staffed with well-trained, qualified FireKing Field Technicians and 24-hour telephone and online tech support, FireKing’s Commercial Services program is unique in that it is the only nationwide service organization offered by any safe manufacturer in North America.
