FireKing Security Group Announces New Name & Organizational Changes

January 3, 2006 (New Albany, IN) FKI Security Group, one of the premier security products companies in the nation, today announced it has changed the company name to FireKing Security Group. In addition to the name change, the company announced a new internal organization. The new organization will consist of three operating business units: FireKing Security Products which will be led by Scott Meeker, Image Vault with David Goffinet heading the business unit, and FireKing International where Gary Weisman will take the lead.

An important aspect of the new FireKing Security Group organization will be a renewed emphasis on international markets that offer many growth opportunities. Lloyd Jones, a Senior VP and twenty-year FireKing veteran, has been appointed to lead this effort. Mr. Jones will now be seeking opportunities worldwide for the increased number of new products FireKing Security Group now offers. Lloyd brings a wealth of international experience to this position and is intimately familiar with all of FireKing’s capabilities.

In addition to the new business units and formation of the international markets position announcements, FireKing has appointed Mike Partlow as VP of Sales. FireKing’s team of National Account Executives will report to Mr. Partlow.

FireKing Security Group manufacturers, markets, and sells a total of nine brands which encompass a broad array of security solutions all designed to protect customer’s vital assets.
