FireKing Safe Limited Warranty

If a mechanical or operable part of a FireKing safe malfunctions or breaks down during normal use, Fire King International will at our option, repair or replace said part free for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

FireKing safes (other than data safes) are protected by a lifetime guarantee for free replacement in the event of damage by fire. In the event that a FireKing safe is damaged in a fire, at any time while in the possession of the original purchaser, Fire King International will replace the safe free of charge and ship it freight collect to the owner.

Warranty service is available by contacting your retail seller, or by contacting Fire King International at 1-800-457-2424. Fire King International reserves the right to have its representative inspect any product or part to honor any claim, and to receive a purchase receipt or other proof of original purchase before warranty service is performed.

This warranty is limited to the terms stated herein. All expressed and implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded, except as stated above. FireKing disclaims all liabilities for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights as well, which will vary from state to state.

NKL Cash Handling Safe Limited Warranty

If a mechanical or operable part of an NKL Safe malfunctions or breaks down during normal use, Fire King Security Products (FKSP) will, at our option, repair or replace such part free for a full year (12 months) from the date of installation.  Validators, validator cassettes and printers are warranted for 90 days. The safe must be installed by factory authorized personnel. Improper safe installation will void the warranty. Warranty service** includes nationwide Technical Service support via telephone, free parts and labor provided by factory authorized personnel, and excludes user abuse, acts of God (such as lightning), theft or burglary.

Optional Maintenance Plans for NKL Safes with AuditLok XLV Electronics:

A Scheduled Maintenance Plan is available at different levels to meet the diverse needs of each of our customers. Much like a copy machine, a FireKing safe has moving parts and is subject to wear and tear. A validating safe is subject to environmental dirt, dust, lint and stray fibers from bills that can clog your validator over time. FireKing recommends a scheduled maintenance plan to minimize bill jams and maximize business uptime. For complete information refer our Maintenance Plans page.

McGunn Safe Limited Warranty

McGunn safes carry a one year limited warranty with the following exceptions: Model EZ120 carries a 2-year limited warranty; EZ120V, EZV1, and EZV2 models carry a 90-day limited warranty.

Any safe or component of a McGunn safe, including the locks, that fail to function or perform as designed will be repaired or replaced at McGunn Safe Company's option with a new or functionally new safe component. All labor to repair or replace such defective safes will be performed by McGunn Safe Company or its authorized agent at no charge to the safe customer.

McGunn's warranty is limited to failure caused by normal wear and tear or defective manufacture. The warranty does not cover damage result of accidents, rough handling by others, alterations, tampering, misuse or abuse, actual or intended burglary or valdalism.

Only pre-approved McGunn Safe factory authorized agents must perform all services. Any other services performed by locksmiths or safe service persons will not be reimbursed and could void the safe's warranty.

McGunn maintains a 24-hour emergency phone number for service problems (after hours leave a message and a technician will return your call) and the number is posted on all safes. Please call for service or information. Services furnished pursuant to this warranty will be provided only during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Under no circumstances shall McGunn Safe Company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages to property or losses from theft. The user of a safe assumes a risk and is informed that no safe is absolutely burglar or theft proof and is not offered as such.

EXL and Gary Safe Limited Warranty

If a mechanical, electronic, or operable part of an EXL or Gary Safe malfunctions or breaks down during normal use, Fire King Security Products (FKSP) will, at our option, repair or replace such part free for a period of one year from the date of installation. External devices not manufacture by FKSP (such as transformers and UPS devices) are warranted for only 90 days from the date of installation.

FKSP reserves the right to have its representative inspect any product or part to honor any claim and to receive a purchase receipt or other proof of original purchase before any warranty service is performed.

Adesco Safe Limited Warranty

Adesco Safe warrants its products against defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of one year; electronic components are warranted for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase or for the remainder of the component manufacturer's warranty, whichever is longer. This warranty covers only repair or replacement of the product itself; it does not cover charges for labor and/or installation of the product. This warranty is extended to the original consumer purchaser only. In no event does this warranty extend to instances where the product is damaged through uses for which it was not intended, misuse, mishandling, removal and/or reinstallation, neglect, accident or tampering including but not limited to changing the factory set combination. In no event will the manufacturer be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price. Some states do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages; therefore, sections of the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty is in lieu of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for any particular purpose. Any representations or promises inconsistent or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding to the manufacturer.

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
Lifetime Replacement Guarantee applies to US series fire safes, CBF and CMP safes only. In the event of a fire, Adesco will replace the safe with the same or comparable model free of charge for the safe; shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To take advantage of this offer Adesco would like a copy of the fire marshal's report on the fire, good quality photographs or digital images show the safe as it was discovered after the fire, and of the safe after it was opened, with or without the contents as the owners deem appropriate. Warranty Service Policy
Engineering and specifications subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to supply accurate information. No liability will be accepted for typographical errors.

A warranty authorization number must be obtained from Adesco before any service work is performed. Authorization my be obtained 7 days a week by calling 800.821.6803 and asking for the Warranty Department. Outside business hours a message will be taken and an on-call technician will return your call within an hour. Only approved service technicians will be authorized to perform warranty service.

The serial number, description of the product and nature of the problem must be supplied to Adesco to determine warranty status before an authorization number is assigned. The issuance of a number recognizes the existence of a problem and does not constitute an admission of liability by Adesco.

Defective parts must be returned (not repaired unless instructed to do so) to Adesco. If parts are not returned the warranty invoice will be denied. Do not bill for parts, parts will be replaced from Adesco stock. Adesco will pre-authorize the amount we will pay for warranty service. If charges are expected to exceed the authorized amount contact Adesco before doing any work. Charges over the authorized amount will not be honored.

Any service performed prior to issuance of a warranty authorization number will be subject to denial.

Meilink Safe Limited Warranty

If a mechanical or operable part of the Meilink record container malfunctions or breaks down during normal use, Meilink will at our option, repair or replace such part free for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Meilink insulated record containers are protected by a lifetime guarantee for free replacement in the event of damage by fire. In the event that an insulated Meilink container is damaged in a fire, at any time while in the possession of the original purchaser, Meilink will replace the cabinet free of charge, and ship it freight collect to the original owner.
